Reviews and Ratings
The room across the hall was on the small side, but it was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and good blackout curtains. However, the room felt overused and not fresh, which was disappointing. The attempts to adjust the A/C settings were unsuccessful, leaving the room temperature unchangeable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were big and very nicely furnished, but unfortunately, they were uncomfortably hot, and getting help from reception was a bit challenging. The service was really helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant and bar, although the dining experience was a bit disorganized at times. The location couldn't be beaten, right in the heart of the harbor with stunning views, but there was an issue with the authorization process. The dining options were good with something for everyone but lacked some organization. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
After a long flight, the hotel felt a bit overused and not fresh, but the rooms turned out to be excellent and very comfortable. Having USB ports was a convenient touch, saving me the hassle of using a converter to charge my smartphone.
The hotel is in a prime location at the harbour area, offering free entrance to the nearby Astrup Fearnley Museum of modern art. The rooms have a trendy boutique style, though they can be a bit dark. The staff is courteous and accommodating, but there were limitations to the services provided. Dining was exceptional with organic vegetables available, creating an outstanding experience. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, offering free entrance to the nearby Astrup Fearnley Museum of modern art, and was perfect for exploring the Oslo harbor area. However, the room had some issues with lights malfunctioning in the middle of the night, and the cleanliness was inconsistent, which affected the overall experience.
